We are seeking a motivated and experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Pain Management and Orthopedic practice. This is a full-time position with an established, supportive clinical team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Evaluating and treating patients with pain and orthopedic conditions
• Performing follow-up visits and treatment planning
• Administer injections as part of the pain management protocol.
• Collaborating with physicians and clinical staff
• Accurate and timely documentation in EMR

Qualifications:
Licensed PA or NP in New York State

• Experience in Pain Management and/or Orthopedics preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Spanish speaking
