Job Summary
We are seeking a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the post acute setting (SNF/Rehab)! The ideal candidate has an excellent bedside manner, experience charting in a medical environment, and has strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

Responsibilities 

• Rounding in SNF/Rehab
• Work closely with nurses, administrators, and supervising physician to improve the health and well being of patients in the post acute setting.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensing required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Neurology is preferred
