    Healthcare United is seeking a Physician Assistant, Orthopedic Spine for an established and growing orthopedic practice in the Gainesville, Florida area. This opportunity offers a strong team environment, consistent surgical volume, and the chance to work closely with experienced Orthopedic Spine Surgeons in a physician owned setting.

    This Physician Assistant opportunity is ideal for a motivated provider seeking a balanced role with strong clinical infrastructure, excellent support staff, and a collaborative practice culture. The Physician Assistant will play an important role in the management of preoperative and postoperative orthopedic patients, helping support continuity of care throughout the surgical process.

    • Manage preoperative and postoperative orthopedic patients under the direction of Orthopedic Spine Surgeons
    • Assist in coordinating and supporting patient care throughout the surgical process
    • Work closely with surgeons and clinical staff in a team oriented orthopedic practice setting
    • Participate in a practice with surgery scheduled approximately 3 to 4 days per week
    • Join a rapidly expanding physician owned orthopedic group with strong long term potential

    Requirements

    • Certified Physician Assistant
    • Experience or strong interest in Orthopedic Trauma and Spine preferred
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced surgical and clinical environment
    • Strong clinical judgment and proactive patient management skills
    • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
    • Motivated, dependable, and patient focused approach to care
