Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join a leading healthcare provider in delivering exceptional patient care in the Merced area. In this role, you will work alongside physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive medical services in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic testing.
• Diagnose and treat common medical conditions in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Order and interpret lab tests, imaging studies, and other diagnostic procedures.
• Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and monitor patient progress.
• Provide education to patients regarding disease prevention, wellness, and treatment options.
• Assist with minor medical procedures and surgeries when necessary.
• Document all patient interactions accurately and maintain thorough medical records.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a related field.
• Current state licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA).
• Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• years of experience preferred, but new grads are also welcome to apply.

Salary:

• $125,000 - $150,000 per year DOE
