Emergency Medicine Assistant Medical Director – 1 Hour Northeast of Cleveland
An established emergency medicine program in Northeast Ohio, approximately 60 miles northeast of Cleveland, is seeking a board-certified Emergency Medicine Physician for an Assistant Medical Director position.
This opportunity combines clinical emergency medicine with administrative leadership responsibilities in a busy community hospital.

- Approximately 27,000 annual ED visits
- Medium-to-high acuity patient population
- Approximately 2 patients per hour
- 24 hours of daily physician coverage and 20 hours of APP coverage
- Community hospital with emergency trauma evaluation and transfer capabilities
- Helipad available for higher-acuity transfers
- Epic EMR
- Collaborate with the Medical Director on clinical operations and quality improvement
- Support physician and APP development
- Opportunity to work with residents and medical students

Qualifications
- ABEM board certification required
- Prior emergency medicine leadership experience preferred, but not required
- Interest in clinical operations, quality improvement, and team development
- Eligible for Ohio medical licensure
