- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with medical practices.
Skills
- Proficiency in dermabrasion techniques and other minor surgical procedures.
- Experience working in a medical office setting with familiarity in discharge planning processes.
- Knowledge of eClinicalWorks software for efficient patient record management.
- Understanding of coding practices relevant to healthcare billing.
- Ability to work effectively within a teaching urgent care environment, promoting learning among peers.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
