Addison Internal Medicine is seeking a bright, energetic, and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our growing outpatient practice in Dallas, Texas. What You'll Do
- Demonstrates excellence in the completion of patient history and physical exams and assessments appropriate to patient population.
- Demonstrates proficiency in charting of the history and physical and other notes on patient status in EMR.
- Ability to build rapport with patients, and maintain regular communication with patients, families, and specialists as appropriate regarding progress and treatment plans.
- Excellent clinical, interpersonal, organizational skills, and good team player.
- Ability to work independently is required.
- After hours call is required, one week at a time, part of a 1 in 9 call rotation.
What We're Looking For
- PA from an accredited program
- Active Texas license in good standing
- DEA and Controlled Substance Registration
- ACLS and BLS certification
Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- No weekends. No holidays.
- Call: 1:9 weekend rotation
- EMR: eClinicalWorks (outpatient) and Epic (inpatient)
