Experience: Minimum experience with hematology patients (benign and malignant)
Other Qualifications: Comfortable with unsupervised work setting on solids
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive inpatient hematology/oncology care for a diverse patient population
Manage benign and malignant hematology patients independently
Collaborate with attending physicians and support staff to coordinate patient care
Perform daily rounds, assessments, and treatment plans for 11-16 patients per day
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
