Physician Assistant (PA) – VA & Disability Medical Evaluations | Full-Time | Forty Fort, PA
Looking for a role that uses your clinical skills without the demands of ongoing patient care? The IMA Group is hiring a full-time Physician Assistant to join our evaluation team in Forty Fort, PA. You'll conduct medical assessments for Veterans and individuals applying for disability benefits, and document your findings in clear, thorough reports.
This position is based exclusively at our Forty Fort office.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive medical evaluations for VA and Disability claimants
- Review medical records and history before each exam
- Document objective clinical findings and functional limitations
- Complete electronic reports accurately and efficiently
- Follow VA examination guidelines and disability program protocols
- Work with administrative and clinical support staff to keep evaluations on schedule
Qualifications
- Active PA license in good standing
- One year of clinical experience preferred
- Strong assessment, examination, and documentation skills
- Background in primary care, internal medicine, urgent care, occupational medicine, orthopedics, emergency medicine, or related fields is a plus
