What You’ll Do
  • Provide primary and family health care services within scope of practice and privileges
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute, chronic, and preventive health needs
  • Conduct patient examinations, screenings, immunizations, and routine procedures
  • Recognize emergency conditions, provide immediate treatment, and refer complex cases as needed
  • Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and administer immunizations following protocols
  • Promote preventive medicine, health education, and patient self-management strategies
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality, compassionate care
  • Educate patients and families while maintaining infection control standards
  • Participate in quality improvement activities and staff training

What You Need
Required:
  • Active, unrestricted Physician Assistant license
  • NCCPA certification
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution by ARC-PA
  • Clinical experience meeting service-specific competency standards

Preferred:
  • Experience in primary or family health care settings
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
