    Physician Assistant – Certified

    Our client is a growing nonprofit community health organization dedicated to providing inclusive, high-quality care to underserved individuals and families throughout Lancaster, Pennsylvania.     Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive primary care examinations and treatment
    • Obtain patient histories and perform physical examinations
    • Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing
    • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
    • Manage conditions such as diabetes and hypertension
    • Prescribe medications and other appropriate treatments
    • Educate patients regarding their health, treatment plans, and disease prevention
    • Identify complex conditions requiring specialist referrals
    • Connect patients with appropriate community resources and support services
    • Collaborate with supervising or collaborating physicians as needed
    • Complete clinical documentation, billing forms, and patient-related paperwork promptly
    • Participate in required staff meetings, team meetings, and organizational training

    Qualifications:

    • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania
    • Certified Physician Assistant
    • Graduate degree from an accredited program
    • Minimum of two years of clinical experience
    • Primary care or community health experience preferred
    • Strong communication and patient-education skills
    • Passion for serving diverse and underserved populations
