    Highlights

That means your panel will include people managing multiple chronic conditions alongside real social complexity: uncontrolled diabetes and hypertension, anxiety and depression, ADD/ADHD, substance use, housing and food insecurity. It is also the work that changes outcomes, and you will not be doing it alone - behavioral health, case management, pharmacy, and community health workers are embedded on your team and a referral away, not a fax away.

    Description

Sadler Health Center is looking for a Physician Assistant who wants the full breadth of family medicine back.

Not a narrow slice of it. Here you will care for newborns, teenagers, working adults, and elders - often from the same family, sometimes on the same afternoon - and you will keep caring for them for years.

As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we serve patients regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. That means your panel will include people managing multiple chronic conditions alongside real social complexity: uncontrolled diabetes and hypertension, anxiety and depression, ADD/ADHD, substance use, housing and food insecurity.
