  • Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 12-hour days
  • Duration: 2 days (7/10 - 7/11)
  • Hours/week: 24 hours/week
  • Employment Type: Contract (W-2)
  • License/Certs: Valid Physician Assistant license, BLS/ACLS preferred
  • Experience: ICU and operating room experience, vein harvesting preferred

Pay & Benefits:

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide bedside care in ICU and post-cardiac surgery units
  • Assist with rounding and patient management for 10-15 patients simultaneously
  • Manage open-heart, VATS, lung, and vein harvesting cases
  • Support patients coming out of the OR and off ventilators
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Document care and procedures in compliance with hospital protocols

What You Need:
  • Valid Physician Assistant license in Texas
  • ICU and OR experience, particularly with cardiac cases
  • Ability to manage complex post-operative patients
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Preferred: OR vein harvesting experience
