Pay & Benefits:

What You’ll Do:

• Rounding in ICU, pre and post-cardiac surgery units
• Managing patients coming off ventilators and recovering from cardiac procedures
• Caring for patients emerging from OR with open hearts, VATS, and lung cases
• Assisting with vein harvesting and other operative procedures (experience preferred)
• Monitoring patient progress, vital signs, and post-operative recovery
• Collaborating with surgical and ICU teams to ensure patient safety and quality care

What You Need:

• Active Physician Assistant license in Texas
• Experience in ICU, cardiac surgery, or OR settings preferred
• Strong clinical skills and ability to manage complex post-op patients
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
