Pay & Benefits- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hr

What You’ll Do- Conduct daily rounds, including discharge and post-op patients
- Assist with hospital admissions, including ICU and OR procedures
- Manage medications, order labs, and oversee diagnostic testing
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and patient consults
- Support first assisting in complex cardiac surgeries including robotic and traditional procedures
- Perform chest tube management, wound closure, and patient discharge summaries
- Respond to emergency cases as part of rotating on-call duties
- Provide patient care in high-acuity cardiothoracic units
What You Need- Valid Physician Assistant license in Washington (or eligible)
- Prior experience in cardiothoracic surgery, ICU, and OR settings
- Strong clinical skills in postoperative care and patient management
- Ability to work flexible hours including call shifts and weekends
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
