Our client a leading healthcare institution dedicated to advancing cancer treatment and research is hiring a Physician Assistant to join their distinguished team at the outpatient cancer center in New York. They are adding a PA to a Phase I / first-in-human clinical trials program. Youll care for oncology patients enrolled in early-phase trials in a low daily volume, high-touch outpatient environment, working closely with physicians and a well-structured research team. Research experience is welcomebut not required (training is provided).

What youll do
- Manage and provide care for oncology patients enrolled in early-phase clinical trials
- Partner with primary/secondary attending physicians on evaluation, treatment planning, and follow-up
- Participate in trial visits, including:
- Detailed documentation
- Adverse event grading
- Ongoing clinical assessment and care coordination
- Coordinate with research staff (coordinators/regulatory) to support:
- Protocol adherence
- Data quality and integrity
- Smooth execution from screening through treatment
What were looking for
- Active NYS PA license/registration
- 1+ year oncology experience (comfortable managing complex cases)
- Strong documentation skills and comfort with complex protocols
- Collaborative, organized, team-first approach
- Spanish-speaking a plus
- Research experience is a plus, but not required (youll be trained)
