JOB SUMMARY: The Urology Physician Assistant (PA-C) is an advanced practice provider who delivers high-quality, patient-centered care across the continuum of urologic services. This role includes assisting urologic surgeons in the operating room, performing inpatient rounds for consultative and post-operative care, and independently evaluating and managing patients in the outpatient clinic under the supervision of board-certified urologists. The PA functions as an integral member of the multidisciplinary urology care team, supporting efficient patient flow, continuity of care, and optimal clinical outcomes. |
