• Full-time MD position covering two small community hospital locations
• 
  
• Both facilities offer outpatient surgeries, endoscopy, and short overnight stays depending on patient conditions
• 
  
• Call coverage is required at one of the two sites
• 
  
• Cases include OB spinals/epidurals, orthopedics, upper/lower extremity regional blocks, general surgery, TAP blocks, and bread and butter cases
• 
  
• 5 10 years of experience preferred
• 
  
• Support staff includes one Anesthesia Tech plus CRNAs
• 
  
• Shift times: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM Monday through Friday; call required Monday through Friday 5:00 PM 7:00 AM and weekends 7:00 AM 7:00 AM
• 
  
• Daily patient volume ranges from 5 to 20 cases
• 
  
• One OR opens on Fridays staffed only with an MD
• 
  
• MD to CRNA ratio: 1:3 or 1:4 at one site; 1:5 at the other
• 
  
• Candidates must be willing to cover both sites at all times and be flexible with shift times
• 
  
• Needs are confirmed the day prior by surgical and anesthesia staff
• 
  
• Facilities utilize Meditech, Medaxion, PODS, and QGenda for scheduling
