• Locum Tenens coverage needed for the weeks of August 17th and August 24th

• Monday and Wednesday coverage requires 2 providers; Thursday coverage requires 1 provider

• Average of 8 patient encounters per shift
• 
  
• Must be able to perform blocks
• 
  
• Board certification required (minimum: Certified)

• Fellowship required
• 
  
• General anesthesia (adult) required
• 
  
• Regional anesthesia required
• 
  
• Post-op extremity blocks required
• 
  
• Spinal anesthesia preferred
• 
  
• Epidural anesthesia preferred
• 
  
• Complex orthopedic cases preferred
• 
  
• Use of x-ray guidance in performance of blocks preferred
• 
  
• Complete orthopedic and regional surgical cases expected
• 
  
• Local or drive-in candidates preferred
