What You'll Do
As a PT/OT Technician, you will assist our clinical team in delivering exceptional patient care while helping maintain a safe, organized, and efficient clinic environment.


Responsibilities
  • Assist Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Physical Therapist Assistants with patient care activities following training and competency validation.
  • Support patient intake processes and authorized documentation activities.
  • Monitor and report delegated treatment activities to the supervising therapist.
  • Prepare treatment areas and equipment for patient visits.
  • Maintain clinic cleanliness and organization in accordance with safety and infection control standards.
  • Assist with inventory, maintenance, and routine operational tasks.
  • Adhere to HIPAA, compliance, safety, and company policies.
  • Participate in mandatory training and continuing education requirements.

Qualifications
Required
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Current CPR Certification (or ability to obtain shortly after hire)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Previous healthcare, rehabilitation, fitness, or customer service experience
  • Completion of Health Occupations coursework
  • Interest in pursuing a healthcare-related degree or career path

Physical Requirements
