Scarlet Home Health Care is adding to the team! We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. This position would offer flexible hours and a stable caseload and cover Columbus and surrounding areas. We are looking for someone who can help improve the well-being of our patients and their families and has the heart and skills to work with home-bound patients. The person we are looking for enjoys appreciation for their hard work, makes a difference in providing quality care, and wants to be part of a work family, not just another employee. Qualifications: · Ability to perform routine visits utilizing effective therapeutic interventions · Work with other disciplines to give the best care needed for each patient. · Help decrease the need for re-hospitalization by being actively involved in the patient's plan of care to assess any changes that may be needed. · When appropriate teach and counsel family members about care and processes for disease/injuries. · Attend orientation, meetings, and CEUs |
