About Us
Kairos is an outcomes-focused pain relief and recovery center built to help people feel better in their bodies and lives—not through quick fixes, but through intentional, whole-person care. We address pain, tension, and nervous system overload by combining hands-on therapy with individualized, evidence-based support.
This is not a spa and not a high-volume clinic. Our work is calm, focused, and centered on delivering real, lasting results.
What You’ll Do
Administer manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and recovery modalities
Support movement screenings, client education, onboarding, and discharge processes
Document all sessions accurately using EMR systems
Maintain a clean, safe, and fully functional therapy environment
Collaborate with PTs, massage therapists, and coaches to deliver coordinated care
What You’ll Own (Key Outcomes)
Maintain 90%+ client adherence to treatment plans
Achieve 100% accuracy in clinical documentation and EMR compliance
Deliver 8–12 sessions per day with a 4.7+ client satisfaction score
Participate in 95%+ of cases within a multidisciplinary care model
What We’re Looking For
Required:
Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in Texas
Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification
Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical setting
Proficiency in EMR systems and clinical documentation
Strong communication and client interaction skills
Preferred:
1–3 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic or performance-based environments
Experience working in high-output, client-facing roles
Interest in integrated or performance-based recovery models
