MGA Homecare is hiring Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistants to support children and families across the Denver metro area. This is not a clinic-based role with rigid productivity expectations. It is a one-on-one home health opportunity where you can build a caseload around your schedule, your preferred service areas, and meaningful pediatric work in the field under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.

What You’ll Do
Provide pediatric physical therapy services to children from birth through age 21 in home and community settings under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Support treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, balance, coordination, gross motor development, positioning, and functional movement.
Help children build safety, independence, and meaningful progress through individualized therapy interventions.
Partner with families and caregivers to promote carryover between visits.
Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapy, speech therapy, nursing, and care coordination teams.
Complete timely documentation using electronic charting tools.

Qualifications
Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Active or eligible Colorado Physical Therapist Assistant license.
Current in-person CPR/BLS certification.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.
