About Company

Nurses and More—founded as Nursefinders of Indianapolis, Inc., in 1988—has played a crucial role in matching patients, care facilities, and medical personnel by their unique needs for more than 25 years. There’s a good reason we’ve become the most reputable medical staffing agency in the industry. Clients trust us because they know we care, and that we’ll match them with excellent caregivers. Our caregivers know they can count on us for critical resources, open communication, and support. Nurses and More uses a rigorous screening process that’s a lot more demanding than what you’ll find anywhere else. Why? To ensure our personnel are competent, trustworthy, and qualified. That way, our clients know that they’ll always get the highest-performing and most qualified personnel available. We also take our responsibility to our caregivers seriously. Our support staff is highly responsive and always ready to provide expert assistance to caregivers in any capacity necessary. So choosing Nurses and More really does mean more: more experience, more options, more support, and, most of all, more confidence that you’ve made the right choice.
