Position Overview


We are seeking a licensed, motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team full time. This role works directly under the supervision of the Physical Therapist and alongside Chiropractic providers in a coordinated care model.


This is an ideal position for a PTA who:

Responsibilities


  • Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist

  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional rehab programs

  • Perform therapeutic modalities within scope of practice

  • Accurately document daily treatment notes in EMR

  • Maintain compliance with Medicare and insurance documentation standards

  • Communicate patient progress with supervising PT

  • Ensure timely chart completion and accuracy

  • Contribute to a positive, professional clinic environment

Qualifications


  • Active Florida PTA license (required)

  • Strong orthopedic and therapeutic exercise knowledge

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Clear communication and patient education ability

  • High attention to detail in documentation

  • Team-oriented mindset
