About the Role:Holmdel Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine in Holmdel, NJ is looking for a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities:- Implement patient treatment plans under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality treatments with patients
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting updates to the supervising PT
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention techniques
- Assist with sports rehabilitation and performance-based recovery programs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment area and equipment
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure exceptional patient care and outcomes
Requirements:- Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current NJ state licensure or eligibility to obtain PTA licensure
- CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented clinical environment
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills
