Physical Therapy Assistant - Full Time

We’re hiring a licensed PTA to work with one of our trusted outpatient clinics near Atlanta where you will support patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries—helping them manage pain and regain movement—under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Requirements:

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Georgia PTA license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred. Experience treating shoulders, knees, and hips is preferred.
• Comfort working in smaller clinic settings with typical staffing of 2 PTs or 1 PT + 1 PTA and one support tech.
• Experience or willingness to use TurboPT EMR.

Compensation & Additional Details:

• Sign-on and relocation bonuses negotiable.
• Caseload: patients scheduled on the hour, evaluations allotted one full hour, typical patient volume around 2 patients per hour with occasional 3 per hour; return visits may be double-booked.
• Primary patient population: orthopedics. Additional caseload may include neuro and vestibular. Minimal pediatrics.
• Hiring needs across multiple west-Atlanta clinics located within 15–20 minutes of each other. Current openings include Villa Rica, Douglasville, and Carrollton (PT or PTA openings at each).
