Physical Therapy Assistant Contract

Job Requirements

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training in physical therapy assistance is preferred.

Certifications Requirements:

  • Current Texas PTA license
  • CPR certification (or equivalent)
  • BLS certification

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant preferred
  • Proven track record with at least 92% productivity, with 95% preferred
  • Experience working in a rehabilitation setting

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
