Schedule: Monday-Friday.

Position Summary:
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000.
Setting: Outpatient. Certifications Required: BLS, Texas PTA license. Experience: Minimum 1 year required. Charting System: WebPT. Vaccination Requirements: Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and Flu. Relocation Assistance: Up to $3,000.
