Physical Therapy Assistant / Physical Therapist
Shift:- Full-Time
Location:--Alamosa, CO
Setting:--Outpatient, Inpatient

Salary Range:$37.96 To $52.97 Hourly

A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance may be available for this position.

Submitted candidates must be willing to relocate to a rural area.

Job Responsibilities

What You'll Need:--

Qualified candidate will possess a current Colorado Physical Therapy license and Basic Life Support (American Heart Association) certification.

What You'll Do--

Observe and evaluate treatment effect and recommends treatment changes to physician and/or other staff as needed
Performs appropriate assessments on patients
Provide care to individuals with neuromuscular, skeletal, integumentary, pulmonary and cardiovascular disorders.
Select and implement appropriate therapeutic procedures to maintain, improve and restore functions.
