Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a Physical Therapists for our client in Batavia NY 14020. This is a 13-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position Title: Physical Therapists
Location: Batavia NY 14020
Duration: 13 weeks
Work Schedule: 25 hours per week for 12 weeks
Pay rate: 70$/hr.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Current and valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of post-licensure physical therapy experience.
  • Experience working with children with disabilities, preferably in a school-based setting.
  • Experience working with students with multiple disabilities and/or visual impairments preferred.
  • Ability to conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide hands-on physical therapy services.
  • Experience with IEP documentation, progress reporting, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Successful completion of required background checks, including criminal history and sexual offender registry screenings.

  • Provide direct physical therapy services to students with disabilities according to established treatment plans and student needs.
  • Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and prepare required therapy reports and documentation.
  • Participate as a member of the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) and collaborate with school staff, families, and service providers.
  • Complete session notes, quarterly reports, and IEP-related documentation.
  • Provide classroom consultation, adaptive equipment recommendations, and staff guidance.
  • Manage assigned caseload and monitor therapy services to ensure effective treatment delivery.
  • Deliver hands-on treatment interventions to improve students' mobility, functional skills, and independence.
