Position Overview

We are currently hiring part-time and full-time NYS Certified Physical Therapists for our home and community-based Early Intervention program. This role offers flexible scheduling options delivering services to children aged 0-3 years old. We provide ongoing mentoring, professional development, and support to all our providers, along with weekly pay periods and referral incentives.

Qualifications / License

• Valid New York State Physical Therapy Certificate

Work Experience

• Experience working with young children under age 5 is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 therapy to children in home or community-based settings
• Collect data and complete daily session notes to track progress and inform practice
• Provide families with information, skills, and support to enhance the child’s skill development
• Conduct activities to improve cognitive, communication, social-emotional, fine/gross motor, and adaptive ADL skills
• Collaborate with families and service providers to assist the child in reaching their Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) goals
• Maintain progress reports and participate in meetings related to the child’s care
