Physical Therapist with 15,000 dollar sign-on bonus

My client, a leader in home healthcare, is seeking a Physical Therapist.  

This is a full-time job from 8:30-5 and covers the following cities. 

Alviso
Campbell
Coyote Point
Cupertino
Los Gatos
Milpitas
Monte Sereno
San Jose
Santa Clara
Saratoga

This is Physical Therapy at patient homes so a valid California license is required.  

Must Haves:

- Active CA License
-Active Automobile ID, Automobile Insurance with bodily injury coverage with at least $200-300,000 and running car

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program approved by the
Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association in
collaboration with the American Physical Therapy Association.

California license as a Physical Therapist by the Physical Therapy
Examining Committee of the California Board of Medical Quality
Assurance.

Minimum 2 years recent experience as a Physical Therapist. Prefer
experience and interest in gerontology and home care.

Current CPR Certificate.

Current California drivers license and automobile insurance.
