Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Minimum 6 months current acute care PT experience
• Experience with ESTIM, patient lifts, transfer equipment, gym equipment, and vital machines
• Experience with Meditech Magic

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Every other weekend is required

Location Highlights

Wichita offers a mix of urban convenience and outdoor access in south-central Kansas. The Arkansas River runs through the city, and Botanica Wichita is located about 10 minutes from downtown with themed gardens and walking paths. Sedgwick County Zoo, one of the larger zoos in the region, sits about 15 minutes from central Wichita, and Old Town provides dining and entertainment in a restored warehouse district. For day trips, El Dorado State Park is about 30 miles east with boating and hiking, and Wichita Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport is about 15 minutes from downtown for regional and national travel.
