Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Productivity expectation of 85% or higher

Assignment Details

• 8 hour shifts
• Preferred schedule: Tuesday through Saturday
• Alternate schedule may be Sunday through Thursday or Monday through Friday
• Average patient volume of 9 to 10 patients per day
