Responsibilities
Perform evaluations and assessments for foot, ankle, and lower extremity conditions.
Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation programs using therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, modalities, and gait training.
Support recovery from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical procedures, sports-related conditions, and chronic pain
Collaborate closely with podiatrists and clinical staff to deliver integrated, patient-centered care
Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, footwear, and long-term mobility strategies
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
What We're Looking For
Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Current state Physical Therapist license and CPR/BLS certification
Strong understanding of foot and ankle biomechanics and lower extremity function
Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
Team-oriented mindset with a passion for patient care and continuous learning
Experience in orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, or outpatient care preferred, but not required
