    Overview:

    Sentara is hiring a Physical Therapy Specialist for Male and Female Urinary, bowel, and pelvic pain for Pelvic Health

    Remote Work - Must be able to work Every Other Saturday 8 - 12

    As a Physical Therapy Specialist you will:

    • Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve functional mobility, relieve pain, and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury. Provides age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers. Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.

    Education

    • Minimum Bachelor's Level Degree - Physical Therapy

    Certification/Licensure

    • BLS
    • VA License - Physical Therapy
    • Approved Specialty Certification
    • Preferred Mckenzie Cert and Pelvic Health Cert
    • Must maintain a minimum of 100 continuing education contact hours in approved specialty
