Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join its team in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled physical therapy services designed to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life. The therapist will work closely with patients to establish rehabilitation goals, monitor progress, and modify treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient needs.
Fresh graduates in South Carolina are welcome to apply. We offer an opportunity for Physical Therapists to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services in a structured weekday schedule with weekends off. The organization is open to considering qualified new graduates located in South Carolina.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and identify functional limitations.
- Develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings.
- Provide skilled physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other appropriate treatment techniques.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Establish rehabilitation goals in collaboration with patients and other members of the care team.
- Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed exercises, treatment plans, home programs, and injury prevention.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support coordinated patient care.
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining professional and clinical standards.
Workload & Schedule
- Approximately 12 patient visits per day.
- Monday Thursday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM 2:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday: Off
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in South Carolina.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
