Full-Time or Part-Time | Monticello, Minnesota | $40–$45/hour

What You’ll Do

• 
  Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing facility
  
• 
  Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
  
• 
  Help plan, market, and develop new therapy programs
  
• 
  Communicate and collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other staff
  
• 
  Present in-services to fellow therapy team members
  
• 
  Assist with the overall operation and development of the therapy department
  

Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
  
• 
  Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
  
• 
  Current Minnesota PT license or eligibility to obtain one
  
• 
  New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply!
