    Description

    Position: Physical Therapist 

    Salary: $49-54/hour (depending on experience) with relocation assistance and sign on incentives available

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional patient care, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for helping others. In this role, you will work closely with patients to develop individualized treatment plans and provide hands-on therapy to help them achieve their goals.

    Responsibilities:

    - Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans

    - Implement and monitor treatment plans, making adjustments as needed to ensure progress towards goals

    - Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including exercises, stretches, manual therapy, and other modalities

    - Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to continue at home for ongoing improvement

    - Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and progress notes

    - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients

    - Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and techniques in physical therapy through continuing education and professional development opportunities

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

    - Current state license or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist

    - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred

    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    - Compassionate and patient-focused mindset

    - Knowledge of current physical therapy practices and techniques

    - Ability to lift and move patients and equipment as needed
