Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $75,000–$85,000
• Signing bonus: $2,500+ (commensurate with experience)
• Productivity bonuses: based upon achievement of individual and team goals
• Student loan repayment: company contributes directly to your lender

What We're Looking For
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Active New York State PT license, or eligibility to obtain one
• 1+ years of outpatient PT experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and patient rapport skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
