• Assess patient physical conditions and functional abilities
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs
• Administer therapeutic exercises to enhance mobility and strength
• Utilize manual therapy techniques to relieve pain and improve function
• Educate patients on exercises and health maintenance strategies
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments and outcomes
• Manage and maintain therapeutic equipment
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
