What You’ll Do
  • Independently manage a caseload of diverse patients with neurological, orthopedic, and medically complex diagnoses
  • Provide skilled physical therapy interventions in inpatient, outpatient, or skilled nursing settings
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Document patient progress using EMR systems (Meditech, Wellsky, AOD)
  • Support patient recovery and functional independence goals
  • Adhere to department and hospital standards for patient care and safety

What You Need
  • Current Louisiana PT license
  • 1+ years of experience in specialty settings (neurological, orthopedic, medically complex patients)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of EMR systems: Meditech, Wellsky, AOD (preferred but not required)
