What Youll Do- Independently manage a caseload of diverse patients with neurological, orthopedic, and medically complex diagnoses
- Provide skilled physical therapy interventions in inpatient, outpatient, or skilled nursing settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Document patient progress using EMR systems (Meditech, Wellsky, AOD)
- Support patient recovery and functional independence goals
- Adhere to department and hospital standards for patient care and safety
What You Need- Current Louisiana PT license
- 1+ years of experience in specialty settings (neurological, orthopedic, medically complex patients)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of EMR systems: Meditech, Wellsky, AOD (preferred but not required)
