What You’ll Do:

• Manage outpatient therapy cases independently for a variety of diagnoses including general orthopedics, sports medicine, pediatrics, and neuro-specific conditions
• Implement and modify treatment plans aligned with patient needs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
• Document patient progress accurately using EMR systems such as Wellsky or Meditech Expanse
• Provide patient education on injury prevention and recovery
• Support transition and discharge planning for patients
• Participate in departmental meetings and with clinical supervision as needed

What You Need:

• Required:
  • Current Louisiana PT license
  • Ability to independently manage caseloads
  • Experience with orthopedic, neuro, or medically complex patients
  • Proficiency with EMR systems (EPIC, Wellsky, Meditech Expanse)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Preferred:
  • Previous outpatient experience
  • BLS or ACLS certification
  • Experience working with pediatric and neuro patient populations
