What You’ll Do:

• Provide personalized physical therapy evaluations and treatment plans for residents
• Help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall wellness
• Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team including nursing, wellness, and activities staff
• Educate residents and families on exercises and injury prevention
• Supervise two Physical Therapy Assistants

• Licensed Physical Therapist
• Strong interpersonal skills and upbeat attitude

• Ability to work independently while also being a team player

This position is 15-24 hours per week. The position hours are typically 8:30am-5:00pm and would be Monday, Wednesday and/or Thursday. The hours for this position can be flexible.
