At our Richmond clinic, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse outpatient orthopedic population while developing meaningful, long-term relationships with your patients. You'll collaborate with a team of dedicated rehabilitation professionals focused on delivering individualized, evidence-based care that helps patients reduce pain, improve function, and achieve their goals. Your Role:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, function, strength, and quality of life.
• Treat a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation and movement dysfunctions.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and support team members to support strong patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies.
• Accurately document patient evaluations, treatment progression, and outcomes.
• Build meaningful patient relationships while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current Kentucky Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification, where applicable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
