What You’ll Do

• Manage outpatient caseload, focusing on orthopedic, sports medicine, pediatric, and neuro diagnoses
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team
• Utilize EMR systems such as Wellsky and Meditech Expanse for documentation
• Support patient progress through evidence-based interventions
• Provide patient education and discharge planning
• Maintain compliance with departmental standards and protocols

What You Need
Required:

• Current Louisiana PT license
• 1+ years of outpatient or relevant experience
• Basic proficiency in EMR systems (Wellsky, Meditech Expanse)
• BLS certification

Preferred:

• Experience with spinal, neuro, or orthopedic patients
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
