    Description

Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Orthopedics
    Jacksonville, FL  |  Full-Time  |  $80K–$105K + Up to $50K in Bonuses
    New Grads Welcome

Tired of being a PT-mill hamster? Treat 1.5 patients per hour (~12/day) — not 3 or 4 — in a high-energy outpatient ortho clinic with a built-in referral pipeline from on-site physicians and surgeons. You’ll actually get to practice manual therapy, not just hand out resistance bands.

    The Schedule (You Pick)

    • Option A: Four 10-hour shifts, Mon–Fri, with a weekday off (rotates every 6 months for fairness)

    • Option B: Standard Mon–Fri, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

    • No weekend rotations.

    The Money

    • $80K–$105K base salary

    • Up to $50,000 in bonuses over your first 5 years — includes sign-on bonus, up to $5,000/year in student loan repayment, and annual retention bonuses

    • Performance bonuses tied to realistic productivity (1.5 patients/hr, 3.2 units/visit)

    • $1,000 annual CE stipend + 40 hours of paid CE leave

    • Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and generous PTO

    What You’ll Do

    • Build and adjust individualized treatment plans rooted in solid clinical reasoning

    • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with physicians and surgeons on a unified plan of care

    • Coach patients and families on post-op protocols and home exercise programs

    • Mentor PT students and newer staff

    • Document cleanly and on time in our EMR

    What We’re Looking For

    • DPT (or equivalent) from an accredited PT program

    • Active Florida PT license — or eligible to obtain before start date

    • Outpatient ortho experience (or strong clinical rotations) preferred

    • Strong manual therapy skills and therapeutic exercise expertise

    • High-energy personality — the kind that pulls patients out of a slump and keeps them showing up

    • Comfortable managing more than one patient at a time in a busy clinic

    Why This Role Works

Steady, predictable caseload. State-of-the-art equipment and modalities. A collaborative team that actually likes coming to work. And a comp structure that rewards you for doing the job well — not for cramming 30 patients into a day.
