Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health | Full-Time

As a Physical Therapist, you will be called to care when you're needed most. As part of Interim HealthCare, you'll support a full range of patient services to bring comfort and dignity to our clients.

Coverage Area: New Philadelphia, Coshocton, Tuscarawas, and Holmes Counties.

As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will:

• Evaluate and treat patients experiencing physical disabilities or limited mobility due to injury, disease, or surgery in a home care environment.

• Establish and administer individualized treatment plans using exercises, stretching, manual therapy, and equipment to manage pain and improve mobility.

• Educate patients and family members on rehabilitative care and activities that promote health, safety, and independent living.

• Collaborate with other providers involved in each patient's care to achieve the best possible outcomes.

• Provide approximately 30 patient visits per week to support a full-time schedule.

• Assist with vacation coverage in the Tuscarawas, Coshocton, and Holmes County areas as needed.

To qualify as a Physical Therapist (PT) with us, you will need:

• Current, unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state associated with this position.

• Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification.

• Reliable transportation to and from patient care locations.

• One year of professional experience practicing as a Physical Therapist in a home health or similar setting. Previous home health experience is not required.

• Schedule: Full-time, approximately 30 visits per week

• Additional Coverage: Vacation coverage in surrounding service areas as needed
