• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Expect to work some holidays

Position Overview

We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a home health assignment based in Greensboro, North Carolina, with coverage primarily out of the High Point location.

This role involves providing physical therapy services to patients in their homes, focusing on improving mobility, restoring function, and promoting independence. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver skilled therapy interventions while coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams.

This assignment is ideal for therapists with prior home health or facility-based experience who enjoy independent patient care in a community-based setting.

Requirements

• Active North Carolina Physical Therapist License — REQUIRED
  (Temporary or pending licenses accepted if obtained before start)
• CPR Certification — REQUIRED
• Graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (APTA-approved) — REQUIRED
• Minimum 1 year Physical Therapy experience — REQUIRED
• Home Health or facility experience — Preferred
• HomeCare HomeBase experience — Preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a home health environment
• Two supervisory references required
