Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:
- Valid Physical Therapist license
- Experience in administering tests and treatments
- Knowledge of modalities and procedures
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to patients.
- Administer tests and treatments, developing realistic functional goals based on patient and/or family expectations.
- Utilize appropriate modalities and procedures, demonstrating knowledge of indications and contraindications.
- Collaborate with patients and families to assess needs and monitor progress.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation as required.
